Athena 2019

Before I have a session with a client, I ask questions to get to know my subject better. One question I make sure to ask every time is where they would like to have their session take place. Athena said anywhere with fireweed! I loved this answer because it gave me room to adventure with her during the actual session. We were open to stop on any road that we felt looked wonderful in the lighting we had.

One major thing we did not anticipate was the bees around the blooming fireweed. Despite the beautiful backdrop, we braved the minutes we stood amongst the blossoms.
